1. Silicone product design

2. Open the mold (you can use the engraving machine)

Mold making is that the mold master creates an offset plate according to the designed product drawings, then uses the offset plate to engrave a copper worker, and finally uses a copper worker to carve a steel mold. The production technology content of some silicone product process molds is relatively high, and the time is relatively long; generally, the mold opening period is calculated as five days.

3. Color mixing

According to the color number on the international Pantone color card specified by the customer, the rubber is mixed through a rubber mixing machine.

4. Approved materials

The materials required for each silicone product are electronically weighed and accurately proportioned.

5. Upper die production

After the mold is made, it is produced on a flat vulcanizing machine.

6. Quality inspection

After the silicone products are produced, they must be checked by quality, mainly to see whether they meet the specifications. If they do not meet the specifications, they will all be discarded. Each bracelet will be left with a residual edge. After passing the inspection of the quality inspection department, the product will be sent to the post-process department for trimming. After the edge is repaired, it is the finished product.
