1) Security agencies.

1. Whether the rubber protective cover is working normally, whether the surrounding of the liquid silicone injection machine is safe, and whether the safety door is working normally.

2. Safety adjustment of the bumper of the injection molding machine, whether the starting is reliable.

3. Check whether the exhaust fan inside the machine works normally, clean the dust on it regularly, whether the electrical safety door is loose, and whether the bolts of the high temperature protection cover of the barrel are fixed.

4. Whether the emergency brake button can work normally, check whether the performance of the electronic circuit is stable.

2) Mechanical adjustment.

1. Regularly check the gear, template and lubricating oil path of the liquid silicone injection machine, keep it clean, and add lubricating oil in time.

2. Adjust the machine balance sliding feet, the foot pads are evenly stressed, and the level is 0.2mm/m.

3. Adjust the position of the machine console and the level of the whole machine.

4. Verify that the electric heating devices on the dryer, barrel and mold are working properly.

3) Electrical computer. Regularly check the electrical insurance, the whole machine circuit and computer parameters; check whether the sensor is in good condition and whether the signal is in place; regularly perform 5S electrostatic dust removal on the electrical control box.

4) Hydraulic oil circuit. Periodic testing of hydraulics, tanks and lubrication systems; adding lubricating oil to the machine; filtering the hydraulic oil every six months.
